Workspace Settings
Workspace settings help users adjust the Shipment Workspace based on how they prefer to work.
These settings can make order tables, shipment details, rate results, and batch processing easier to manage.
Workspace Font Size
Users can change the font size inside the Shipment Workspace.
To change the font size
- Click the Settings button in the Shipment Workspace.
- Choose Font Size.
- Select the preferred size.
This helps users make order tables, shipment details, and rate results easier to read.
Highlight Current Shipment
By default, Shipdexa can highlight the selected shipment or order.
To change this option
- Click the Settings button in the Shipment Workspace.
- Select or unselect Highlight Current Shipment.
This helps users clearly see which order or shipment they are working on.
Shipment Notifications
Shipdexa can show notifications for shipment updates.
Examples:
- rates loaded
- label created
- tracking synced
- tracking failed
- pickup updated
- shipment needs review
To change this option
- Click the Settings button in the Shipment Workspace.
- Select or unselect Enable Shipment Notifications.
Restore Recent Shipments
If enabled, Shipdexa can reopen recent shipment tabs from the last session.
This is useful when users were working on shipments that were not finished.
To change this option
- Click the Settings button in the Shipment Workspace.
- Select or unselect Restore Recent Shipments.
Stop on Error
When processing multiple shipments, Shipdexa can stop when an error happens.
For example, if one shipment has a missing postal code, Shipdexa can stop the batch so the user can review it.
If this option is turned off, Shipdexa can continue processing the remaining shipments.
To change this option
- Click the Settings button in the Shipment Workspace.
- Select or unselect Stop on Error.
