Working with Shipment Results

Working With Shipment Results lets users review, edit, and export shipment results after Shipdexa processes orders.

The original TablePlus page has two main ideas: edit results inline and export results after they are returned successfully. For Shipdexa, this becomes editing shipment result details and exporting shipment results.

Edit Shipment Results

After Shipdexa creates shipment results, users can review and update details if needed.

For example, users may edit:

  • shipment note
  • package weight
  • package dimensions
  • carrier selection
  • service level
  • internal status
  • pickup status

To edit a shipment result

  1. Double-click a field in the shipment result table.
  2. Or select a shipment and edit details from the right-side panel.

Some fields should be locked after a label is created, such as:

  • tracking number
  • label cost
  • carrier label ID

This helps protect completed shipment records.

Export Shipment Results

After shipment results are created successfully, users can export them.

To export results

  1. Click Export at the bottom of the result table.
  2. Or right-click the shipment result table and choose Export Results.

Export formats may include:

  • CSV
  • Excel
  • PDF

Exported results may include:

  • order number
  • shipment number
  • customer name
  • carrier
  • service
  • tracking number
  • shipment cost
  • label status
  • tracking sync status
