Address & Carrier Suggestions

Address & Carrier Suggestions helps you complete shipment fields faster.

When you type in a shipment field, Shipdexa can suggest related values such as address, customer, carrier, service, package type, or saved shipment action.

Use Suggestions

To use a suggestion:

Type inside a shipment field.
Choose one item from the suggestion list.
Press Enter or click the item to insert it.

Suggestions may appear for:

Address
Customer
Carrier
Service level
Package type
Saved shipment action
Order number
Tracking number

Customize Suggestions

You can choose what Shipdexa should show in suggestions.

Go to:

Preferences > Shipment Workspace > Suggestions

You can turn on or off:

Address suggestions
Customer suggestions
Carrier suggestions
Service suggestions
Package suggestions
Shipment history suggestions
Saved action suggestions

You can also control simple formatting options such as:

Postal code format
Province/state code format
Default country
Default carrier
Default package type
