Clean Shipment Details

Before creating a label, users can review and clean shipment information.

Shipdexa can help clean:

address format
postal code format
province/state format
package weight
package dimensions
carrier name
service name
shipment notes

To clean shipment details

Select one shipment or multiple shipments.
Click Review & Clean.
Shipdexa checks the shipment fields and highlights anything that needs attention.

Examples:

m5h2n2 → M5H 2N2
ontario → ON
canada post expedited → Canada Post Expedited Parcel

Clean Selected Shipments

Users can also clean multiple shipments at the same time.

To clean selected shipments

Select the shipments in the Shipment Workspace.
Click the dropdown beside Review & Clean.
Choose Clean Selected Shipments.

Shipdexa should show a review screen before applying changes.
